A lot of people have brought up running which I don’t count. It’s not generally a team sport, especially how it is presented by people like yourself who claim to have taken it up later in life. You might as well be painting. You’re doing that for yourself and no one else cares.

I’m also not talking about physical activity. You can go surf. No need to compete.

I’m strictly talking about youth team sports.
