I can’t argue that it’s not potentially arbitrary. I decide. That’s one of the perks of being a publisher. Along with a lot of unpaid volunteer time trying to help other writers be their best. Someone has to be in charge or its anarchy and I don’t believe in that. I’m being as transparent as I can be.
