I first read one or Umair’s pieces on the collapse of the American economy and I found it insightful and interesting. I began following him. Then I realized that’s all he ever talked about. Disasters lurking around every corner. He’s the chicken little of the internet. Like Michael Moore or Jared Yates Sexton. I have since deleted them all.

It’s not rocket science to be a perpetual pessimist. Eventually you’ll be right about something. It’s no way to live.
