I get it. I’ll still disagree. Most voters aren’t paying any attention whatsoever. People like us who visit obscure platforms like Medium or Mastodon—even Twitter, are hardly representative of the vast majority. Almost no one actually watches the news (about 8 million nightly), and even less read the newspaper.

Also, you didn’t really mention any policies. Just that both sides feel they’re morally superior. This isn’t both-siding things. Just that Americans are simply not informed.
