I know plenty of people who couldn’t care less about sports. My wife is one of them. She doesn’t dislike them and she loves watching the grandchildren play anything. But when it comes to professional sports she’d rather have her gums scraped.

My issue is with people who are actively anti-sport. The ones who complain about football season or whatever. I’m not a big fan of R&B. It just doesn’t do it for me. I can’t for the life of me understand the attraction of Beyoncé. Who cares?!

I recognize there are knuckleheads out there who are hooligans and fanatics. I’m not even necessarily advocating for sports. I just think it’s important to know why SOME people care.
