I think you miss a lot by not living here, frankly. It’s in no way the same as anything we’ve seen, including his last admin. But I hope you’re right and it’s all just liberal hype. That’s my best case scenario.

I’m just not sure how appointing people who don’t believe in the industry they’re tasked to run, enormous gov operations, can turn out any way but badly. I can live through a lot of it because it might not affect me personally, but eventually they will get to things that do. Such as Medicare and Social Security. Dismantling everything that protects Americans and cutting all services to cut taxes for the rich is pure evil. Easy to not worry about it when you think it doesn’t affect you.

This isn’t hyperbole or mere partisanship. I truly don’t understand your take on this except to believe you don’t really understand what’s happening on the ground.
