I welcome the debate but question the efficacy. I’ve been getting a lot of theories on what plagues us and none of them seem any more realistic than wishing for a different reality.

Let’s assume you’re right. What would we do about it? Tell the world’s richest and most powerful people that we’d like to change things?

I believe in progress through innovation, but it almost always comes tangentially. You’re asking me to skip an infinite number of obstacles to reach your conclusion. I can’t reach that far and neither can most people.
