I’m often shocked at how little people outside the US really understand what is happening on the ground, but will still insist that they know what will happen in the future. It’s quite easy to predict doom. There are zero repercussions. No responsibility. Assume the worst. But speaking of logical fallacies, confirmation bias is a terrible thing.
