Life is simply harder for empaths than it is for other people. My path has slowly weeded everyone else out, so that I’m left with a single solitary act that doesn’t rely on others to do. Photography, filmmaking, branding, etc. all required teams of people. It was like herding cats.

I’d rather paint or write or do something that doesn’t require teamwork or buy in.
