Unfortunately, I’m not good with it. If I’d known we were going this way, I would have said something before you submitted. Bad timing on our part. You’re not alone. We have other writers who have to make the same decision. Change their pen name or take their work elsewhere. We have to make decisions for the good of the whole, not simply to accommodate a single individual. I hope you’ll reconsider as I’d hate to lose your voice, but we all have to do what we have to do. As an example of my point, I might have referred to you by your first name. I’m not going to call you Bigga Bigga P, Bigga, or Mr. P, and you made it clear you didn’t want to use your real name so I’m not going to use that either. I don’t want to be that impersonal. I wish you well no matter what you choose.
