You keep saying that but how do you propose a population that barely cares about their current government, goes about changing their present government? The entire power establishment is not going to go quietly.

You’re proposing a violent revolution, perhaps? Why don’t you start with a significantly smaller, non-nuclear country? Somewhere with a manageable population?
